Innovative vaulting area, designed to surround vaulting boards. The Vaulting Mat assists the gymnast during the round-off-entry, by giving the individual a larger target. "SYSTEM APPLE" SPORT FLOOR SURFACE 
A multifunctional, dynamic and versatile floor surface. Excellent for Wrestling, Aerobics, Gymnastics, Free `X' and Martial Arts. Each surface is made up of 4' x 8' x 2" panels filled with cross-linked Polyethylene foam, enclosed in heat-sealed, skid-resistant durable 19oz. vinyl. Colors upon request. The surface is firmly secured by a unique "sailbone" baffle border which ensures a taut, wrinkle free surface.

Uniform size and depth coupled with the lightweight features of our High Impact Foam, allow for relative ease of assembly by the user. 

Construction
All "System Apple" Sport Floor Surfaces have bar heat sealed tops providing the most sure footed wrinkle-free surface available. This means that no taping is required, and there are no cracks in the surface to break concentration. 

Storage 
A minimum of space is required for storage, because the foam sections stack neatly and the vinyl cover folds to form a very compact unit. 

Economy
We have surfaces to fit most budget requirements. Due to the construction and assembly design of this floor surface, it provides more floor surface area per dollar than almost any other surface available. This style of floor is also in accordance with F.I.G A. specifications.

Apple Athletic Products has custom manufactured Gymnastic Floors for many Gym Clubs throughout the province. Floors have been designed, manufactured and installed for the Peterborough Gym Club, Kawartha Gym Club, Newmarket Gym Club, to name only a few. These floors have been admired both by the users, and other clubs who have seen them in operation. The rebound Gymnastic Floor comes with either 4" high performance steel springs, which are attached with an exclusive center 'T'-Nut spring retainer, with a protective bottom cap to prevent unnecessary lateral movement, OR high density 4" foam blocks. These close-celled compression resistant blocks behave like miniature shock absorbers to cushion each pass. A complete border is recommended to fit around the outside perimeter of the floor for added safety. The working surface is 40' x 40', with a 4' perimeter, making an overall dimension of 48' x 48'. The wood panels for the floor assembly are 3/4" hardwood plywood panels. A continuous filament blue nylon carpet, with a close weave backing covers the 1 1/2" Polyethylene foam bed.
