Each Floor System is based on a standard 4' x 8' panel with a 2" cross linked Polyethylene and/or micro cell foam core glued to 7/16" waferboard. This is then covered with 30oz. mildew resistant, non-skid vinyl. The vinyl is then upholstered onto the waferboard with strips of hook Velcro on the bottom edge. Strategically located Velcro strips are affixed to the bottom and are secured by Velcro, vinyl strips that are placed on the floor to prevent surface movement. The end result is a high density, firmly secured floor area, that provides less cracks on the surface, a longer life expectancy and affordability.
