Terms of payment are net 30 days to approved accounts. Interest is charged on all overdue accounts. All other orders are strictly cash with order.
Prices are F.O.B. Orillia, and are subject to change without notice.
Unless otherwise arranged, shipment will be made by the most economical method as determined by Apple Athletic Products Inc.
Apple Athletic Products will not accept responsibility for inability to ship any order caused by circumstances beyond our immediate control.
Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. We will of course provide any assistance in filing claims for loss or damage. Claims for damaged goods are to be filed upon receipt of product.
Orders for non-standard items cannot be cancelled after confirmation of the order. Cancellation for standard items will be subject to a cancellation fee.

SPECIFICATIONS
All APPLE Vinyl Products contain the most
superior raw materials available. Exterior shells are a minimum of 14oz to 19oz
Hot-Coated Polyester Vinyl. Nylon zippers are military approved quality, double
stitched with high-tensile, decay resistant nylon thread. Interior foam is
selected fire-retardant virgin polyfoam and cross-linked foam. Breather surface
is quality vinyl mesh. All straps and connectors are heavy duty quick-snap
design for lasting service.
WARRANTY
All APPLE products are guaranteed for a period of two years from date of purchase against
faulty workmanship and defective materials, when used under normal conditions.
LIABILITY
All APPLE products are designed and manufactured with a sincere concern for the safety of the
ultimate user. Freedom from injury however, cannot be guaranteed. Therefore the user must assume full
responsibility for any injury incurred from the use of this equipment.
CAUTION
Any activity involving motion or height create conditions which may result in injury. These
conditions increase when the equipment is misused. In our opinion these products should be used only for
the purpose for which they were manufactured, under the strict supervision of a qualified and
competent adult in a safe and controlled area.
